Job description:

Our client, a prominent law firm based in Brussels, is seeking a skilled and motivated associate to join its dynamic Labor & Employment team. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a broad range of collective and individual labor and employment matters at both European and Belgian levels, including advisory work and litigation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable firm's labor and employment department.
Qualified to practice Belgian law with outstanding academic credentials.
Native Dutch speaker with excellent knowledge of English and French.
Strong interest in labor and employment law, both practical and technical.
Solution-oriented team player with excellent organizational, writing, and oral communication skills.
